STATEMENT
Politics, corruption of values, abuse of sexuality, obsession with celebrities, brands and money. These themes are not preached, but exposed, mocked, and amplified until their absurdity becomes impossible to ignore.

 

This is art of MPTrue.

He invites us to recognize and peel off layers of cultural and political conditioning by refusing to take them seriously as the default setting.

While the imagery of his art works is instantly engaging, the meaning often remains open. Artist's personal attitude stays unclear. MPTrue creates a possibility for sensory experience, self-awareness and irony communicating with audience in the native language of postmodern culture.

 

TECHNIQUE
His creative process combines photography, digital manipulation, organic printing, and hand painting with acrylic, using brushes, sponges, and pens. Artworks can be produced on canvas, wood, cardboard, or aluminum, and may be framed or unframed.

The artist’s work has a strong handmade element that allows for especially vivid colors. However, there are no visible traces of this process and no brushstrokes. The surface is intentionally smooth, graphic, with a plastic-like finish that mimics poster aesthetics.

AVENUES
MPTrue became an active artist in 2016, when his paintings were first shown at a party, and one of them was sold that very night.

He has collaborated with Brick Lane Gallery in London since 2019, participating in multiple exhibitions with consistently strong public response. His works are represented in art shops across Europe and are held in private collections worldwide.

Highly productive, MPTrue creates 20–30 new works per year, selling the majority internationally. He is currently expanding his presence in the global art market, with plans for collaborations and exhibitions in Russia and Asia
